I’m stacking these workouts and the stretches. This was everything I needed. Also I use my nomi active bloks, strap, and band to either modify or deepen my stretch… ♥️

Always love the stretching days! I love the lunge flow and I fully intend to be able to do a split by the end of this challenge even if that wasn't my goal! 😊
