I can't say enough how much I enjoy these quiet moments in the morning where I stay in a pose, listen to you talk, and just release all the stress I've built up. I never really thought meditating was for me because I have such trouble sitting still quietly and clearly my mind. But this has been so helpful and a real eye opener that I can actually do it. ❤️❤️❤️
