Last strip of summer you use your ball as a variation but now you’re been doing exercises with your product as the main exercise and we obviously need it.

I really needed this stretch today! It was slow and grounding bit still made me feel like I actually accomplished something today. I was feeling a bit bloated and blah, but these movements and stretches helped me feel a bit better! 😊
