Did this workout maybe abour 3-4 months ago and I have done so much Nomi workouts since then so today I thought about doing this because it should be easy --but damn, this just humbled me! It ain't easy! I was able to sustain being on my knees longer BUT IT AIN'T EASY. Hahaha
