    HI Y’ALL! I’m Bailey Botefuhr! My love for all things health and wellness began over 5 years ago when I made the decision to undergo my own fitness journey. I successfully lost over 80 pounds after transitioning from the typical college girl lifestyle (partying, overindulging on alcohol and food, never sleeping) to my now much healthier lifestyle (weight lifting, daily movement, fueling my body with nutrient dense foods, prioritizing sleep and recovery). It was the best decision that I could’ve ever made for myself, which is why I’ve made it my mission to help others do the same. I am a NASM certified fitness professional and an ASFA certified personal trainer. Using my training and knowledge, I want to empower YOU to believe in yourself and support YOU along your own journey to achieving the life-long fitness transformation you’ve always dreamed of! My end goal is to help all my clients become the STRONGEST, HAPPIEST, HEALTHIEST and MOST CONFIDENT versions of themselves!

    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
