Do at least four of these exercises, in the order prescribed. You can then consider the workout complete. You are welcome to do more/all of the exercises, if you have the time and energy.
Why do I say that? Because being done is better than being perfect. I don’t want you to stress if you run out of time. We want to embrace effective workouts over perfect ones. Perfect isn’t sustainable.
Which exercises to pick, if needbe? Availability of equipment will play a part in helping you decide. Also, I challenge you to lean into exercises that aren’t already a normal part of your routine.
