Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? Whether you are learning boxing for the first time or are a pro wanting to drill the basics, this program is suitable for all skill levels.
What are the goals of the program? To learn and drill the fundamental techniques of boxing; footwork, punches and defensive moves. You can make these programs as hard or as easy as you like, depending on your intensity.
How to schedule the program into a week? This program has 1 workout per day for 6 days, and then 1 rest day. It repeats like this for 4 weeks. You can complete each workout at any time of day that suits your schedule.
What do I need to participate in this program? A heavy bag is ideal, but if you don’t have one, you can shadow box those rounds instead and still get a great workout if you punch and move with speed and intensity. If you don’t have a heavy bag, I suggest you put an object on the floor to move around and angle your body to as if it is a punching bag (or opponent).
