Wow !!! Even though that class was short, it didn’t feel that way; it felt like I was taking my time. What a beautiful flow - one of my favourites, slow build up to a stronger flow and a great way of getting into vasisthasana - again, a great build up. I did not feel like yoga tonight but I am so glad I made the small effort! Erin you are the best!!! <3
