Very challenging, but fun and exciting. I’ve practiced with Authentic Movements for a while and I could really feel an engagement in areas I previously didn’t know how to access. This particular class will be one I’d like to periodically return to as a challenge and hopefully also a benchmark of progress.

Oh my goodness, loved that! Couldn't believe how much I was shaking and falling all over the place with such tiny movements, really humbles you and shows you where you need to put in the work! Well be coming back to this one for sure

Did not expect to work on lolasana this morning, but felt totally warm and ready after this class! Super fun and my forearms are on fire!
