Thank you for this—a core workout that isn’t unbearable to get through but still very effective! It’s quite interesting to feel how even just minor pelvic adjustments can change where the heat is really building in the body!! And that warm up— 🤯I need to rewatch to find what you referred to it as! But loved that! It helped me build a better brain to trunk relationship/connection!

Love, love, love! My head is kind of buzzing from all the information, but easily digestible! The MFR exercises were intense, but I found them very helpful to make that brain/body connection to the psoas! Thank you.
