Such fluidity! I chose this class based on time, but was pleasantly surprised by how mindful each pose & transition was. Loved the Sama Vritti pranayama to open and close the class. Thanks Erin!

Really love adding more movement and play to my practice, exploring the shapes and also - giving myself the freedom to keep it a little slower as my body learns some of these newer flowy transitions. Took the invitation to pad my knee, made a huge difference. Loving the feeling of that dolphin with the legs twisted.
