Funky morning flow that doesn't get too wild! I love this love number because the morning brain just has enough mind meal to work with and the movements are too confusing. At least that is what I was hoping! :)

Loved the hip work! The pranayama was both awesome and terribly difficult for me to sit with my discomfort. Feel proud for sticking with that and will definitely do it again!
