Hot damn! 😆 My hip flexors are awake and alive now! Lol. Now I’m curious to see how often I can “plug” into and out of the system during different poses and/or transitions. Super neat realization—the action isn’t just for pyramid plugs. 🙃 Okay so my favorite, fun exercise from this was the seated plug walks on the mat!! 😄 so fun and I was def giggling!
