Thanks Stevi! I was actually messing around with straddle press up during alot of the class; against the wall with my feet on 3 blocks each, and 3 blocks at the wall for my head to lean into, and that worked quite well!

Wow, jam packed with info! I realized my tendency is leaning too far forward and a misconception I thought prior to this was “my legs must start in straddle for a straddle press.”

Hot damn! 😆 My hip flexors are awake and alive now! Lol. Now I’m curious to see how often I can “plug” into and out of the system during different poses and/or transitions. Super neat realization—the action isn’t just for pyramid plugs. 🙃 Okay so my favorite, fun exercise from this was the seated plug walks on the mat!! 😄 so fun and I was def giggling!

Love, love, love! My head is kind of buzzing from all the information, but easily digestible! The MFR exercises were intense, but I found them very helpful to make that brain/body connection to the psoas! Thank you.

Thank you for this—a core workout that isn’t unbearable to get through but still very effective! It’s quite interesting to feel how even just minor pelvic adjustments can change where the heat is really building in the body!! And that warm up— 🤯I need to rewatch to find what you referred to it as! But loved that! It helped me build a better brain to trunk relationship/connection!
