About Austin Gaskell

Personal Trainer

My journey in fitness began long before it became a career. At 13, a knee injury led to the first of five surgeries and forced me to step away from the sports I loved. What could have been the end of my athletic path became the beginning of a new one—the gym became my refuge, my classroom, and ultimately, my calling. Driven by curiosity and a desire to rebuild, I immersed myself in training and earned my first certification at 19. I later continued my education in the Exercise Science program at Middle Tennessee State University, deepening my understanding of how the body adapts, heals, and performs. Over the last decade, I’ve had the privilege of coaching thousands of people toward their goals—whether regaining strength, building confidence, or pushing performance to new heights. As both an employed trainer and a co-founder of a gym, I’ve learned that the greatest transformations come from an environment where people feel supported, challenged, and inspired. Today, I’m channeling everything I’ve learned into my newest venture: creating the greatest fitness experience ever. My mission is simple—empower people to unlock their highest potential and discover what they’re truly capable of.

Can I lose weight with this program?
Short answer - possibly. This is not a weight loss program. This is a "learn to lift" program. With learning to lift comes building lean muscle - with building lean muscle comes fat loss potential. Complete the program if you are a beginner, then start working on my other programs and choose a nutrition plan that meets your needs.
