    What supplements should I be taking prior to training?
    I recommend G1M Sport from Bare Performance Nutrition for both Speed days and Tempo Days. For Longer Runs it is best to experiment with different fueling gels if needed. (I use Go Gels from Bare Performance Nutrition) I am a major advocate of salt tablets as well. (Salt Stick is my go to)
