Not a huge workout today. Use this as a time to focus on your core, and keeping that cardio up. Workout: 1. Hanging Leg Raises 5 x 6 2. Ab Mat Sit-ups 4 x 15 Cardio: 15 Minute Treadmill Walk. Incline 12.0 and Speed between 2.5-3mph.
