Pyramid pose has been painful to me for THREE years. I now realize I was dumping into the hip of the front leg and just plopping down. The way we did it here, reaching forward, tenting the fingers, pulling the front leg up and back and the spine long, HOLY MOTHER OF GOD! I am actually stretching the hamstring and not dumping into the hip. I swear my spine has grown three inches since I started working with you here and on IG and on YouTube. I am so very grateful. I’m not a runner but i do jump rope every day since the beginning of the quarantaine 4weeks ago and this class helps with all the tension in the calves. Thanks 😊
