Aurora is an avid movement practitioner specialising in Yoga, Pilates, Inversions, Functional movement and strength and conditioning coaching.
It’s her passion to share her love of movement and efficient movement with everyone, showing how you can work hard, build muscle AND have fun.
Based in the UK she trains private clients and teaches group classes in London and surrounding areas, as well as travelling for group workshops and trainings abroad in Europe and further afield.
Her motto is “bodies need variety of movement” so get ready for a big mix of training styles and intensity. Work strength and HIIT to yoga and meditation while learning WHY these movements are important.
Her aim to help people understand their bodies functional movements through anatomical understanding comes across in her teaching, along with detailed tutorials for Yoga asana, Pilates movements and banded resistance work.
