Great strength workout! If you arenβt sweating you arenβt challenging yourself enough. Up those weights ladies and push yourself!

Wish my HR got up a little more in the weight section. I love when one of the exercises in each block is a little more βcardio basedβ like man makers or burpees, because it gets the HR up but is still a weighted exercise
