How to eat during the challenge? Eat healthy and nutritious food. Keep it simple. Fill your fridge with your favorite healthy foods so you have them at hand. You can find many healthy meals from my recipe guide in the "Insights" section. Limit sugar, alcohol and processed foods for best results. You can eat anything in moderation. Drink a lot of water throughout the day.
