Thanks for the video! I have a couple of questions! Do you do macro counts for men too? My husband and I were both looking into purchasing this to do together! And would the macro count include calories? I know you said all calories aren’t created equal which I agree;however, we are definitely trying to lose weight so we are wanting to be in a caloric deficit and have had trouble figuring out what numbers to be around and for how long. I know in another video you mentioned 6 weeks for a deficit but I definitely have more weight to lose than I could in 6 weeks! Thank you for your help!
