What equipment will I need?
This program starts off with bodyweight and dumbbell exercises and will progress to using barbells, kettlebells, and some light gym equipment by the time the program ends.
What program should I do once this program is completed?
The best program to do after this is any one you want but I recommend the Progressive Overload program. It is a more advanced continuation of this program and is a perfect transition.

I’ve had to take a step back on my training from hurting my QL muscle from going a little too hard (tried doing 2 of Aubrie’s programs at once 🥵). Thankfully, Aubrie has these programs to allow you to keep going no matter where you are in your journey. I’m starting to feel stronger and back to myself everyday! Thank you, Aubrie! 💪🏻
