What are the rules of the challenge?
#1 Take a BEFORE picture before the challenge begins with a sign that says "BACK AT IT 2021" and at the end of the challenge, take an AFTER picture with a sign that says "BACK AT IT 2021" and email them to [email protected] and the end of the 30 days and I will choose ONE winner to win the $1,000 CASH PRIZE!!! #2 Use #trainwithaubrie on Instagram and tag me in your pictures to participate in the weekly giveaways!! All my team members can participate regardless of which program or workout you are doing. Share your workout pics so I can see you putting in the work! Winners will be picked at the end of the week.
How to eat during the challenge?
I recommend getting a customized macro count from me to see better results. You can purchase a macro count on my website, www.aubrieefitness.com for $30. This will give you the exact amount of protein, carbs, and fats you should eat during the challenge. If you decide to not track your macros, try and eat healthy and nutritious food. Keep it simple. Fill your fridge with your favorite healthy foods so you have them on hand. You can find many healthy meals from my recipe guide in the "insights" section. Limit processed food and sugar for best results. You can eat anything in moderation. Be sure you are drinking a lot of water and get a good night sleep each night.
