Welcome to our SPRING IT ON program!! Get prepared to enhance yourself & push your limits with our SPRING IT ON program. This month's challenge includes weekly workouts with 5 workouts & 2 rest days per week! Each workout will have a 30-50 minute lift. You will receive daily motivation to help you through these workouts & ALWAYS remember you can reach out to us for extra help/guidance. You will also find fun weekly challenges, some recipes to try & daily inspiration to become that “better you”. Embrace the intensity, push yourself to the max, and prepare to experience a sculpted and evolved version of yourself with this fitness and well-being initiative program aimed at enhancing overall strength, muscle stamina, fitness, and healthy habits. Fitness Enthusiasts

We were born just over a year apart and have been side by side ever sense. When Aubri was 19 she decided to start lifting weights in the gym instead of spending all her time on the stair climber or treadmill. This lead to changes in her bodies physique that had evaded her even though she had been working hard in the gym previously. What changed? A combination of the right kind of weight lifting and nutrition incorporated consistently gave her the results she had dreamt of achieving. Liv started as an experienced group fitness instructor and went through a similar journey as Aubri and yes, found exactly what makes her body work for her instead of against her. We both have a passion for helping others become their best, strongest, and happiest selves. Yes, it may start with fitness, but soon you may find excellence dripping into every aspect of your life. We want to be apart of your journey and make it even easier for you to get the results you have always dreamt of having.

Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
