I am obsessed with and love you both! && THIS PROGRAM , pushed me in all the best ways ! Absolutely fell in LOVEEE with this program! I was giddy leading up to this and even everyday before the gym. Something about just knowing exactly what you are doing at the gym and know you will get the best pump of your life makes getting yourself there 10000x easier. I thrive on a schedule and being consistent so this was such a fun challenge for me and helped me to get motivated everyday. The wellness portions of it were so educational and I absolutely loved learning more about fueling and resting/ taking care of our bodies. These tips are things i will use throughout my health journey everyday, i love learning about my body! I also think that this style of workouts is what my body does the absolute best with. Ive weight lifted for 2 years now but always found myself feeling bulky. I have see the BEST results ive ever seen in my body with this and has now lead me to the conclusion that HIIT workouts and weights/ cardio is what i need to maintain and strengthen for my body type!!! You guys are incredible and it was fun to get sweaty w you guys! I’m actually so sad it’s over:/ going to the gym just isn’t the same.

I felt so freaking good during this challenge! I lost 5 lbs but i feel like i gained some muscle and I’m starting to see some definition back in my arms! Kids back in school has given me more time to hit it hard and stay on a better schedule and routine for workouts and food! You guys are inspiring and i love learning from you!

THIS CHALLENGE IS IT. It is everything I could’ve asked for and more! I finished feeling like my best self: stronger, healthier, inspired, and more energized!! The workouts were seriously some of the most challenging I’ve done but always so fun! I am the strongest I’ve been in a long time and love the changes I saw in my body!! One of the best parts for me was reading the daily wellness tips after my workouts. My physical and mental have been loving the additions to my day-to-day lifestyle!! And of course I now drink bone broth every morning! Overall this challenge was not only great for physical improvement, but also mental, and I would recommend it to everyone!! I was ready to start it over, but now I can’t wait to start part 2! Thank you Aubri and Liv for this amazing challenge!
