Yes!! These workouts are designed to be performed at home OR in a gym with basic equipment: dumbbells, resistance bands, and a bench are all you really need!
What equipment do I need?
Water, a bench/chair, resistance bands or a pulley machine, and two sets of dumbbells (light and medium/heavy). I also recommend an exercise ball and exercise mat.
What if I’m just starting my fitness journey?
You can ALWAYS modify the exercises where needed. You can also decrease the number of reps initially and begin to increase as you get stronger and more comfortable.
