I am newly postpartum. Are these workouts safe? Absolutely—but with a few important notes!
These workouts are designed to be gentle, low-impact, and bodyweight-only, making them a great option for moms easing back into movement after birth.
That said, you should be cleared by your doctor or pelvic floor physical therapist before starting any exercise program postpartum. Every birth and recovery is different, and your body deserves time, patience, and support.
I built this program with core-first movement and real-life mom strength in mind, and many of the workouts include modifications to help you reconnect with your deep core and build stability. If you’re newly postpartum and cleared for movement, this is a beautiful way to rebuild.
