I’m a 41 year old former “skinny” girl raising three daughters and didn’t want them to grow up with a mom who had a crummy relationship with food and exercise. After the birth of my youngest and her reaching for my fast food and me telling her, “No, that’s gross you don’t want that!”
I had a come to Jesus moment realizing I needed to take better care of myself and set the example for my daughters. I started strength training, paying attention to how I was fueling my body, and began chatting with other women who needed similar structure and accountability. I created an online community and began helping women with workouts, nutrition, meal planning and prep, and sharing fat loss, strength building, and healthy lifestyle tips to create change.
I completed my group fitness certification teaching in gyms and in person at private retreats, and street workouts for my neighborhood during the pandemic. I completed my personal training and nutrition coach certification as well to deepen my knowledge and ability to help others in a more structured way.
I now run an online accountability community, train women in my home, and have begun to create virtual content for women everywhere. I take pride in knowing my three daughters (all a decade older) love sports, are athletic and active, enjoy movement, and have healthy relationships with food and fitness because I lead by example daily.
