Fitness Trainer

I am so happy you are here! My love for fitness runs deep. I grew up playing sports and running. Running, especially, is my favorite. I've always loved how exercising makes me feel. It truly brings me joy, to move the body that gives me life. This sparked my interest in becoming a personal trainer. I want to help other people find that same joy in movement! Exercise isn't just for your physical health, but your mental health as well. You will need a light and heavy set of dumbbells, resistance bands, yoga ball, yoga mat, and a bench or chair
