Body and Bands is a 4 week program designed for all of you! I wanted to create a program that has easily accessible workouts for the - Beginners - The busy mom - The pregnant mom - Those who are getting back into fitness after time off - Those who travel often - Those who workout from home If any one of those are you, then this program is perfect for you! Each week has 4 workouts focusing on: 1. Full Body 2. Upper Body 3. Lower Body 4. Core Feel free to incorporate other programs of mine if you are wanting just a little extra. Try my ignite challenge, core challenge or summer sweat challenge. All of these are so fun and will only add to your fitness experience. You can also add in some steady state cardio and walk 2-3x/wk. I am so happy you are here! My love for fitness runs deep. I grew up playing sports and running. Running, especially, is my favorite. I've always loved how exercising makes me feel.
