Welcome to THE SUMMER SHRED program, I am excited you’re here! Efficient workouts that are targeted at leaning + toning. If you’re looking to get more fit, healthy and energized this program is for you. You will receive 5 workouts per week. 20 workouts total. The summer shred will work your entire body, and each workout has been timed and fine tuned by myself, and follows a consistent split for the entire 4 week program. By concentrating on certain muscle groups, implementing in full body days, and strategically incorporating rep variation, progressive overload, and isometric training. This program is beneficial for beginner to advanced based on how heavy you lift! It was good. I just have bad knees so I did have to skip the one lunge workout. I have a hard time with lunges
