Friday 

EMOM 20 minutes 
- Burpees x 5 
- Box Jumps x 3 
- Toes To Bar x 2

*EMOM means Every Minute On The Minute, so at the top of every minute you will complete  5 burpees, 3 box jumps and 2 TTB, you will rest the remaining time until the top of the next min where you will go again

- Stand with feet shoulder width apart
- Place your hands on the floor in front of you
- Hop back bringing your body down to the floor
- Press yourself back up
- Hop forward placing your feet on the floor
- Jump up in the air and bring your hands over your head

Burpees

- Stand a few inches in front of the box
- Press hips back, lower down and jump on top of the box
- Land softly on the box
- Complete the movement by standing up tall before carefully hopping down or stepping down with one foot at a time

Box Jumps

- Start by hanging on the bar, and focus on activating your core 
- Curl your legs up until your feet touch the bar
