Fit for the finish is an end of summer workout series to help keep you on track as summer comes to an end and school and activities ramp back up!
This workout series will have three strength workouts each week - one lower, upper and full body workouts. 
The only equipment needed is a set of dumbbells
Each workout will take roughly 30 minutes.
You have the option to add in cardio days if you'd like.
The workouts will be as easy or as difficult as YOU make them - progressions would be adding weight/volume, modifications will be listed in exercise descriptions.
