How long will the workouts take? All workouts should take roughly 30 minutes, the workouts are designed to be efficient.
Do I need to complete the workouts in a certain order? I recommend following the structure of Lower, Upper, then full body but you can move the workouts to fit your week as needed.
Is this for all fitness levels? Yes - modifications will be provided in the exercise description.
