What makes this app different? The variety of workouts! I am not only selling one "type" of program or training because I do not believe fitness is a one size fits all approach. Not only will you have different programs to choose from for what fits your needs - I will also be posting my daily training for you to follow along with. In addition to structured programs you will find sections you are able to pull workouts from.
Do I need to purchase equipment? It depends on the workout! The majority of workouts can be completed with just a set of dumbbells. If you are following my daily training you may notice I use some other optional equipment such as barbell, cable machine, box, bench, ropes, slam ball, etc.
How often will new workouts be added? New workouts will be added into the "daily training" section every week. New programs will be added periodically. Programs usually last 3-6 weeks so you can expect new programs every 4-12 weeks!
ABSOLUTELY! I actually highly recommend this - repeating a program and increasing reps and weights is how you get stronger.
