About Ashley Barron

Hi friends! Welcome to my page, I am so grateful you guys are here 🥳 My name is Ashley Barron (known as @ashleybarron.fitness on IG), I have been in the fitness community as a content creator for 7+ years now, which is crazy to even think about (I remember the day I started, ugh time flies). I have always had a passion to help other women, especially physically & mentally. We all have the "soul" power to be/do anything we want in this lifetime, we just have to know it and push past our limiting beliefs within our subconscious minds that we have programmed ourselves to believe. As I have continued to share my workouts online over the last couple of years, fitness has continued to remain a huge part of my life, but I have also grown a lot spiritually. Because of my personal growth, I have also found a passion for mindfulness coaching, teaching women how to love themselves unconditionally, learning how to meditate, and tapping into your most authentic self. You can workout all you want, but if you don't love yourself during the entire process you will never be truly satisfied with who and where you are in your journey. That is what I am here to teach you. There is so much to learn about, which is why I am constantly expanding my own knowledge and continuing my own journey growing as an individual. I think what I enjoy the most is being able to connect with you guys on such a deep level and how many of you allow me to be apart of YOUR journey. if you stay consistent and challenge yourself by increasing the weight during your workouts, you see results. consistency is key; make sure you’re going to the gym 3x a week doing these booty exercises 🥵 YOUVE GOT THIS!

these workouts can be for anyone at any level.
What do I need to participate in this program?
a gym membership & a positive attitude!
How to schedule the program into a week?
this program only needs to be completed 3x a week so I would suggest finding the best 3 days that work for you with a day or two in between for rest. my suggestion is to complete these workouts Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
