    Welcome to my profile! My name is Ashlee, and I am excited to be your personal fitness coach. With over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to help you achieve your fitness goals. My journey in the fitness world started at a young age, as I began playing softball and gymnastics when I was just 5 years old. In high school, I pursued my passion for sports and became the only female wrestler on my team, exposing me to a whole new level of physical training and discipline. When I graduated high school I became a crossfit coach for 3 years before enlisting in the military. In 2012 I joined the military and had the privilege to work with a diverse range of individuals, honing my skills in developing effective and efficient workout programs tailored to their unique needs and demands. In addition to my hands-on experience, I hold several certifications to further enhance my knowledge base. I am an ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) certified personal trainer and sports nutrition coach, enabling me to provide expert guidance on both exercise and nutrition. I have also earned a Precision Nutrition certificate, which allows me to incorporate evidence-based nutritional strategies into your fitness journey. Furthermore, I hold a CrossFit certificate, enabling me to incorporate functional movements and high-intensity workouts into your training regimen. I am thrilled to share my knowledge and passion with you through this fitness app. Whether your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, improve athletic performance, or simply lead a healthier lifestyle, I am here to guide and support you every step of the way.     Do I need to purchase equipment?
    It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
