How do chest exercises build perkier boobs? Our breasts are made up of fatty tissue and glandular tissue. Under the tissue we have pectoral muscles, and when you strengthen and build those muscles, it creates a firmer, more lifted look. Think of it as giving your boobs a natural “push-up” aka boob job. WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE 4-WEEK PERKY TIT PROGRAM: 2 CHEST WORKOUTS A WEEK 1 UPPER BODY WORKOUT A WEEK (3 TOTAL UPPER BODY WORKOUTS A WEEK) WORKOUTS ARE 45 MINUTES LONG EQUIPMENT NEEDED: MACHINES, DUMBBELLS, BARBELLS, INCLINE BENCH, FLAT BENCH, DECLINE BENCH, CABLE MACHINE All levels of fitness are welcome.
