Description: Upper Body

- Grab the bar with your palms facing forward
- Lean back slightly, keeping your chest up 
- Bring the bar down to your upper chest engaging your lats throughout the exercise
- Pause and return to the initial position

Lat pulldown

- Position a bar in a rack to about waist height
- With your heels on the ground with your arms fully extended  
- Your body should be straight hanging underneath the bar 
- Flexing the elbow, pull your chest towards the bar, retract your shoulder blades
- Pause at the top then return yourself to starting position

Inverted row

- Support yourself using your opposite arm- Row dumbbell to your hip while retracting your shoulder back

Dumbbell single arm row

- Lying on the bench with knees bent 
- Lower weights to your chest 
- Press dumbbells back up over your chest

Dumbbell flat close grip chest press

- Start with your hands on a box/bench
- Bend at the elbows to come down 
- Come down as slow as you can
- Push up and do max reps as you can

Bench push up

- Lying back with your arms extended above your shoulders
- Bend at the elbow lowering the EZ-bar toward the top of your head
- Extend your arms back up to starting position

EZ-bar skull crushers

- Place your hands on the front edge of the bench just outside your hips
- Move forward off the bench with arms extended and shoulders down 
- Bend at the elbows to lower your body
- Elbows should bend straight back
- Extend your arms engaging your triceps
