The thing about losing yourself, is that you never know you are lost...until you are found. That is the realization that I came to after having two babies back to back, being stuck in a toxic marriage, going through divorce + having to deal with the reality of single motherhood. I loved myself but when I looked in the mirror, I was not happy with what I saw or how I felt. I knew I deserved better + I knew no one was going to make it happen for me, except ME. Throughout my own journey of finding myself, reviving my passion for fitness and quite literally transforming not only my body but my entire life, I not only discovered my God-given purpose to help others, but I've also made it my mission to help every woman + mama that comes across my story, that can relate, that can resonate...make sure that they too experience the same life changing transformation because you deserve it.

The workouts and programs work with any level of fitness. Plus, I walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you'll be able to do all my moves easily, accurately, and safely.
ARE YOUR PROGRAMS FOR ALL BODY TYPES?
YES! All programs were designed to cater to all body types. Your consistency and dedication will determine your results.
DO I NEED TO PURCHASE EQUIPMENT?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
