This workout was great! Although I’d love to see substitutes, I have screws in one knee and I’m my femur and the only 2 workouts I can’t do are split squats and lunges. So I substituted the first one with hip thrusts and everything was amazing! My boyfriend has been doing your workouts with me and and he’s loving them too!
