This plan is “boring” and repetitive - which is the exact kind of consistency you need to breed results in the gym. While other programs have many more variations, supersets, etc to keep them interesting and entertaining - this guide is designed to WORK. This was built for people who don’t need any other motive to get them in the gym besides just working for their goals! Sometimes the most “boring” routes are the most effective ones, just like here. Hi name is Arev! I started weightlifting when I was 15, so I’ve been through 8 years of trial and error. I’ve been through it all, so I know all about the struggles of this journey. I know what it feels like to start and want to stop because the progress isn’t there. I know what it feels like to struggle to find the motivation to do it everyday. I know it’s hard, but I want to show you that it’s simple! This hobby I picked up at 15 years old not only saved my life, but it added so much value to it. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
