Good one to get back into things. Going to do some cardio, getting over this is a process. But I do feel better each day. Thank you again for putting this together!

Am I doing it right? Maybe start a video with ten seconds on form/ dos and donts? Like can I lay my head down or keep it up like you did. Does it matter? Your assuming I know things I don’t. Even for basic stuff. Assume I’m 5 please.
