- Place you elbows on the ground and your legs extended
- Make sure your spine is in a neutral position
- Engage your core and glutes through the movement

Plank holds

- Start in pushup position
- Bring one knee towards your elbow
- Repeat on the opposite side
- Increase speed as you feel comfortable

Mountain climbers

- Lay on the ground with your elbows on the floor
- Criss-cross your legs in the air
- Make sure your core is engaged through the movement

Scissor kicks

- Start in a push-up position
- Hop bringing your feet towards your hands
- Land in a squat position
- Hop returning to a push-up position

Squat thrusters

- Place your feet  and hands on the floor facing the ceiling
- Lift one hand off the ground and touch your opposite foot
- Repeat on the opposite side

Reverse table top toe taps

High knees

- Start with your feet in a wide stance and your toes pointing out
- Push your hips back and come down performing a squat
- As you come up bring one leg off the floor
- Bring you knee towards your elbow squeezing your oblique
- Repeat on the opposite side

Sumo oblique crunch

- Start with your feet in a wide stance and your toes pointed out
- Bring your body down and pause at parallel 
- Keep your spine in a neutral position and your core engaged
- Bring one leg off the ground 
- Repeat on opposite side
