What a great way to start of my 1st day going back to work.  I wish i could of done the live but at least i am able to do the recordings.  Ill have to do the recordings monday to thursday from now on and I even have to miss friday cause i work at 12.  So grateful for all of Aprils hard work to put these together for working moms like me.

AMRAP: As many rounds as possible. Complete rash exercise with minimal rest between.

- Start with your feet at shoulder width apart
- Hold the dumbbells just above your shoulders
- Push you hips back and come down until you break parallel
- Come up pushing through your heels

Front squats

- Stand upright, feet together
- Take a controlled step forward with your right leg, lowering your hips toward the floor by bending both knees to 90-degree angles 
- The back knee should point toward but not touch the ground, and your front knee should be directly over the ankle
- Step forward to the initial position engaging your glutes

Walking lunges

- Start with your feet in a wide stance and your toes pointed out
- Bring your body down and pause at parallel 
- Keep your spine in a neutral position and your core engaged
- Bring one leg off the ground 
- Repeat on opposite side

Sumo stomps

- The lunge position requires you to stand with your feet pointing directly ahead hip-width apart
- Angle your knees. Drop your hips until both knees form right angles
- Jump up, and switch your feet in mid-air
- Land softly and repeat

Split jump lunges

- Start with one leg on the floor and the other leg bent in the air
- Extend your leg 
- Return to the initial position

Leg extensions

- Start in a squat position with your legs together
- Jump extending your arms and legs in mid-air
- Before you land return to the initial position

Star jumps

- Start with your feet hip width apart, with a band above your knees
- Push your hips back and come down bending at the knee
- Come down until the top of your hips go past your knees
- Push through the heels of your feet to come up
