        My name is Antonia! I have always played sports but started really getting into lifting and fitness in college. After I graduated I competed in a body building competition and plan to do another in the future! Now I just enjoy being active and want to help others enjoy fitness as well! I believe it is a walk before you run mentality and it is about over all personal development not just fitness!
