About Anthony Guarnieri

I first stepped foot in the gym when I was 14. I found wrestling and boxing and within the punches fostered my love of becoming strong. Years down the road, I decided to pursue a career as a trainer. My goal became to help people create bodies that are strong, flexible, and pain free. Many people come to me to look good, and while they do, I pride myself on training their bodies to feel good and thrive throughout the rest of their lifetime. To accomplish that I became a biomechanics specialist.

Frequently asked questions

How many workouts a week?
There are three workouts a week. The best way to do the workouts are Monday, Wednesday and Friday or Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. On the days in between for this program it is advised for off days to focus on doing SMR and walking 10k steps a day.
How do I access the workouts?
The workouts are easy to access through the app. As well as easy to follow along with the video demonstration of each exercise.
Can I workout from home?
You’ll need access to a gym or enough of the equipment at home to get through this program. The program will help you progressively overload to make the gains you’re looking for.
What if I am a beginner?
This is perfect for you. The program is designed for people who haven’t worked out in a while and are getting back to it or just getting started.
