I first stepped foot in the gym when I was 14. I found wrestling and boxing and within the punches fostered my love of becoming strong. Years down the road, I decided to pursue a career as a trainer. My goal became to help people create bodies that are strong, flexible, and pain free. Many people come to me to look good, and while they do, I pride myself on training their bodies to feel good and thrive throughout the rest of their lifetime. To accomplish that I became a biomechanics specialist.
