This program will help your body become more aligned and defined. With functional training your training program is structured around our biomechanics, how our body is designed to move. Training this way will not only strengthen your body but will have it less compressed and more fluid.

    Biomechanics Specialist

    I first stepped foot in the gym when I was 14. I found wrestling and boxing and within the punches fostered my love of becoming strong. Years down the road, I decided to pursue a career as a trainer. My goal became to help people create bodies that are strong, flexible, and pain free. Many people come to me to look good, and while they do, I pride myself on training their bodies to feel good and thrive throughout the rest of their lifetime. To accomplish that I became a biomechanics specialist.

    How do I know it will work for me?
    If you haven’t had success with other workout programs in the past, you may be skeptical about mine. But I'm here to tell you, we guarantee you’ll get the results you want as long as you put in the work. Why? I have years of experience studying different forms of training and this is the best compilation to get results.
    I'm a beginner, is this for me?
    No matter where you are in your fitness journey, I can help you succeed. Workouts and programs in the program are for any level of fitness. Plus, I walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    It depends on the workout! I have a lot of workouts that require different equipment. I also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. It's best if you have a full gym for this program but if you need modifications you can always reach out and I'll be happy to help.
