About Annie Kunz

Olympian & Professional Athlete

Hi, I’m Annie! I’ve been an athlete my entire life, competing in both track and soccer at Texas A&M University, where I earned All-American honors in both sports. After college, I turned pro in track and field, competing against the best in the world in the women’s Heptathlon. I became a 2x U.S. Champion, and in 2021, I achieved my lifelong dream of becoming an Olympian, finishing 6th at the Tokyo Olympics. I have dedicated my life to competing at the highest level with almost a decade of Olympic training under my belt, but now, helping others is my passion. My mission is to share the insights, tools, and knowledge that transformed my life and career as an athlete to empower others in their health, fitness, and mindset—to help them reach their full potential and feel their absolute best!
